March 5–8 | Szklarnia Kujawy i Pomorze

Twelve films, two meetings with interesting filmmakers, and an exhibition of alternative film posters. We invite you to this year’s edition of the Szklarnia Kujawy i Pomorze National Film Festival. We start on Thursday, March 5, at WOAK at 5:30 p.m. with the opening of the film poster exhibition “Gurzyński: The Last Exhibition.” Immediately afterwards, we will meet for short film screenings. Over three evenings, we want to show you the most interesting films, according to the Szklarnia jury, made by independent Polish artists over the last few years. You will see documentaries, feature films, animations, and experimental films. Each screening will be followed by a meeting with the author of the film. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Meetings with renowned artists are also a tradition of the Szklarnia Kujawy i Pomorze festival. This time, we have invited Mateusz Rakowicz to WOAK, who will talk about his path to his debut, and Maciej Buchwald, who will share his reflections on creative crises.
