Individual Acting Consultations and Public Speaking Workshops

Are you planning to pass to a theater school? Take part in a recitation competition? Or maybe you want to start your own YouTube channel or improve your public speaking skills? Are you stressed by business meetings and presentations at work, conferences, seminars, etc.? Join us for individual consultations to help you achieve these goals.

During the class you can work on one of the issues:

• Public speaking workshops – improving your presentation, speech, and meeting management skills.
• Learning how to work with a microphone and in front of a camera – gaining the technical skills you need for public speaking, video recording, and live broadcasting.
• Assistance in analyzing and interpreting a literary text (poem, prose, song) – if necessary, I will suggest where to look or suggest specific passages of a poem or prose.
• Correct pronunciation and articulation – exercises to help you speak clearly and confidently.
• Elementary acting tasks with and without text – work on expressiveness, emotion and authenticity on stage.
• Working on the body to help convey the thoughts in the text – increasing awareness of the body and its role in conveying content.
• Gaining confidence in working on stage – exercises to help combat stage fright and gain confidence in front of an audience.
• Learning how to work with a microphone and in front of a camera – gaining technical skills that are essential for public speaking, video recording and live broadcasting.

When.

Individual classes are held on a date chosen jointly by the participant and the instructor.

Fees:

PLN 150 – the cost of a single class (60 minutes).

560 PLN – a pass for 4 classes to be used within 30 days of ticket purchase (140 PLN per class)

1000 PLN – a pass for 8 classes to be used within 60 days of ticket purchase (125 PLN per class)

How to make an appointment?

1. Send an email to konsultacjeaktorskie@woak.pl and provide your details: first name, last name, age and phone number for contact.
2. The instructor will contact you to discuss your needs and the scope of cooperation.
3. Before the first appointment, purchase a ticket on our website. Failure to purchase a ticket will result in cancellation of the meeting.
4. Cancellation of the meeting on the day of the event or failure to show up for the scheduled consultation will result in forfeiture of the meeting.
5. It is possible to use more hours on one day.

PROVIDER:
Wojciech Jaworski – I am an active professional actor since 2011. Currently in the company of the Wilam Horzyca Theater. I have been teaching theater classes for youth and adults for many years. In Torun, I am associated with the project “Young theater” since 2019. I approach work holistically, using proven methods (Chekhov, Book, Hagen, among others). In workshop work
important for me is professionalism and creating a safe atmosphere for action and artistic exploration. I adapt the tools to the person participating, so your level of sophistication in a particular field does not matter to me.
