Grupa około dwudziestu uśmiechniętych kobiet w różnym wieku stoi i siedzi na tle wystawy z koronkowymi serwetkami w jasnym, nowoczesnym wnętrzu. Większość osób jest elegancko ubrana, kilka trzyma w rękach bukiety kwiatów. W centrum, na pierwszym planie, dwie kobiety siedzą na wózkach, trzymając bukiety. Wszyscy mają radosny wyraz twarzy, a niektóre osoby machają do obiektywu. W tle widać białe i kolorowe serwetki wyeksponowane na wystawie, co sugeruje, że grupa uczestniczy w wernisażu związanym z rękodziełem.

The Supełek Artistic Handicraft Team was established at the Provincial Cultural Center in Toruń (currently the Provincial Cultural Animation Center in Toruń) on April 24, 1979 on the initiative of Wanda Malczewska. From the very beginning, two trends have been inextricably intertwined in the Group’s activities: artistic work and instructor work, thanks to which several thousand people have learned the art of lace and embroidery, of whom several hundred have made artistic handicraft an occasional activity and several dozen have made it a profession performed with passion and striving for perfection.
