Sandro Botticelli’s painting “The Birth of Venus” is one of the most famous works of the Renaissance. The Italian master captured all the most important ideas of the Renaissance in this perfect artistic form.

Join us at the next DKJo! meeting and take part in a discussion about the symbolism of this extraordinary work. We invite you on Thursday, March 12, at 6:00 p.m. The One Painting Discussion Club will be hosted by Łukasz Wudarski, director of WOAK. As always, he will begin by discussing the painting and presenting the context of its creation, and then give the floor to those participating in the meeting. Since the idea behind DKJo! is the free exchange of thoughts and opinions, we invite you to share your thoughts, feelings, impressions, and opinions on “The Birth of Venus.”
