The third series of podcasts “Konkretnie o Kulturze” (Specifically About Culture) | Złote Młynki 2025

This is the third series of podcasts entitled Konkretnie o Kulturze (Specifically About Culture), in which Katarzyna Pągowska talks to individuals and teams nominated for this year’s Złote Młynki (Golden Mills) – Kujawsko-Pomorskie Cultural Animation Awards. The three conversations are with representatives of the following teams: the Municipal and Communal Cultural Center in Janowiec Wielkopolski, the social Domukultury! Bydgoskie Przedmieście, and The Bibliokers from Włocławek. Nomination in the Animator of the Year category – the Agnieszka Dąbrowska Award. The award of the Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province, Piotr Całbecki, was presented to Aneta Pytlak of the Pozytywka Culture Foundation in Bydgoszcz.

The winners of the Award will be announced during the 3rd Kujawsko-Pomorskie Culture Congress on Wednesday, October 22.

The nominees for the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Golden Mills Culture Animation Awards are:

In the Animator of the Year category – the Agnieszka Dąbrowska Award. The Award of Piotr Całbecki, Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province:

• Joanna Kalenik from the Brama Epok Foundation in Brodnica,
• Katarzyna Minczykowska-Targowska from Dorotków. Foundation for Dorota Targowska and Her Friends from Toruń,
• Ewelina Olejniczak-Muzioł from the Municipal Cultural Center in Gostycyn.

The nominees in the category of Hope for Cultural Animation are:

• Klaudia Lisowicz from the Cultural Center in Strzelno,
• Patrycja Młodzik from the Center for Culture and Art in Sępólno Krajeńskie,
• Aneta Muskała from the Jan Kasprowicz Municipal Library in Inowrocław,
• Agata Zabrocka from the Wanda Rucińska Chamber Theater in Bydgoszcz.

The award in the category of Hope for Cultural Animation was presented under the honorary patronage of Elżbieta Piniewska, Chairwoman of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Provincial Assembly.

In the category of Culture Manager, the following individuals have been nominated for the award from Piotr Całbecki, Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province:

• Joanna Bączkowska – chairwoman of the Rural Women’s Association “Fajne Babki z Józefowa” (Cool Women from Józefów),
• Paweł Gębala – former director of the Cultural Center in Strzelno, currently director of the Mogilno Cultural Center and director of the Mogilno Region Museum in Chabsko,
• Agata Kubajka – director of the Brzesko Culture and History Center “Wahadło,”
• Aneta Pytlak – president of the Pozytywka Culture Foundation in Bydgoszcz.

In the Team category, the nominees are:

• The team of the Municipal and Communal Cultural Center in Janowiec Wielkopolski, consisting of: Danuta Kozłowska-Nowak, Natalia Rumel, Patrycja Kowalska, Jolanta Kawka, Mikołaj Chojnacki, and Karol Nojgebauer.

The following nominees have been selected in the Patron of Culture category:

• Aniro from Toruń,
• Cooperative Bank in Koronowo,
• Pegazownia from Włocławek,
• Drobex from Solec Kujawski.

From the beginning of September, we will be presenting all the nominated individuals, teams, and companies. The winners will be selected by a jury consisting of:

• Aneta Jędrzejewska – Deputy Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province,
• Honorata Zielińska-Szuster – Director of the Municipal Cultural Center in Dobrcz,
• Łukasz Wudarski – Director of the Provincial Center for Cultural Animation.

The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, October 22, at the Provincial Center for Cultural Animation. This year, Nina Marszałek will create unique statuettes for the winners.

The awards in the categories of Animator of the Year and Culture Manager are presented by Piotr Całbecki, Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province.
