The “Institutions in Transition” project will be funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage

Our project, “Institutions in Transition,” has received funding under the “Culture – Interventions 2026” program. Thanks to this funding, four institutions from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship will be invited to explore their own paths of development. As a reminder, these will be:

• Library – Lubiewo Community Culture and Promotion Center,
• Chełmno Community Center,
• Skibin Community Cultural and Library Center,
• Oś Community Cultural Center.

The project consists of two phases:

1. The screening program we have been conducting since April 16.
2. The strategic phase, during which an action plan for the institution will be developed jointly by each team participating in the project, based on the findings of the assessment. We expect that during this phase, the teams will:

• set priorities,
• define the institution’s direction,
• clarify roles, objectives, and areas of responsibility,
• develop strategies tailored to the local context.

The “Institutions in Transition” project is co-financed by the “Culture – Interventions 2026” grant program, funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage with 53,000 zlotys.
