Grażyna Zielińska: Portrait of Turkey 1980/1984 | Creative ferment debuts On the fourth and fifth floors of the Culture Mill, in the WOAK spaces, you can see an extraordinary photographic exhibition: “Portrait of Turkey 1980/1984” by Grażyna Zielińska. In the 1980s, the author explored the lesser-known Turkey: villages, small towns, suburbs, and districts shyly hidden from tourists. In Grażyna Zielińska’s vision, Turkey is primarily a country where people, nature, and history coexist in perfect symbiosis. There are over fifty captivating frames. These images document a world that may no longer exist – a world that shaped the spirituality of the inhabitants of Anatolia and Thrace hundreds of years ago. The exhibition is open on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and during events organized by WOAK. The exhibition closing ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 27, at 6:00 p.m. Read more See more Pilot Institutions in Change development program for cultural institutions from the region 17.01.2026 Golden Mills of Kujawsko-Pomorskie: Cultural Animation Awards | Submissions Under the Influence | One-Man Theater – Lustro Group | Take the Stage 23.05.2026 | 18:00
