The neighborhood also includes two buildings of the Mill of Knowledge Modernity Center, visited by numerous organized groups and families with children. The building is adapted for people with special needs, is located on the route to the Toruń Wschodni railway station and the Copernicus Gallery, is well connected (buses, trams) to all districts of Toruń, and has a spacious car park and stands for bicycles and scooters.

Description of the premises

  • kitchen area: 61.2 m²
• Additionally, there is the possibility of renting a storage room (9.7 m²).
• The premises are located on the ground floor, with direct access from the public space of Młyn Kultury.
• The kitchen is fully equipped (a detailed list will be sent upon request) and air-conditioned.
• The premises have previously been used as a café and pastry shop.
• No personal contribution is required.

Terms and conditions of rental

• Proposed rent: PLN 30 net/m² of usable space per month
• (which amounts to a total of PLN 3,360 net per month for the entire area of 112 m²)
• possibility of renting an additional storage room: PLN 25 net/m² (PLN 242 net per month),
• service charges (utilities) according to consumption,
• contract concluded for an indefinite period with a six-month notice period.
