We inspire leaders from other regions

We are delighted that our initiatives inspire others. Our joy is even greater because we will be sharing our ideas and experience live.

The Baltic Sea Cultural Center in Gdańsk, in cooperation with the Center for Culture, Sport, and Tourism in Debrzno, is organizing the first meeting of the network of cultural leaders in the Pomeranian Province. People who co-create the network of cultural leaders in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Province have also been invited to participate.

In our region, the network of leaders was established in the spring of 2025 on the initiative of WOAK. The network strengthens local communities, encourages the exchange of experiences, and fosters cooperation. A similar project will be implemented in the neighboring province by the Baltic Sea Cultural Center. The first meeting of the new network of leaders will take place from September 29 to October 1, 2025, in Debrzno. The location is not accidental. The town is located on the edge of the Pomeranian Province, near the point where the borders of three provinces meet: Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Pomeranian, and Greater Poland.

We will follow the development of the network of cultural leaders in the Pomeranian Province with interest. There will certainly be further supra-regional meetings during which we will be able to exchange experiences and inspire each other.
