Thank you for your votes. On Wednesday, the Polish History Museum announced the winner of the “Historical Event of the Year” competition. Despite the tremendous support you gave us during the voting, this time the winner was the Royal Łazienki Museum. Congratulations from the bottom of our hearts! However, we are glad that thanks to our nomination for the final round of the competition, we were able to talk about our innovative project “The Invisible Image.” Painting can be experienced with all the senses, as proven by the popularity of the meetings we organized last year. By participating in the competition, we shared our idea with a wide range of people involved in museum activities: exhibition curators and educators. We thank you for your trust and every vote!We congratulate the winners in each category, which are:The Royal Łazienki Museum for its educational project “The Royal Menagerie” (Education category), The Opaliński Castle Museum in Sieraków, organizer of the event “Colors of History” (Event category), Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź for the exhibition “The Last Summer” (category: Exhibition)stawa). And if you want to find out what a multisensory discussion about the Invisible Image is all about, we invite you to a meeting in October, which we are organizing as part of the Culture Without Barriers Festival.
