Join the pilot development programme for cultural institutions

If you want to strengthen your team and consciously plan the future of your institution, join the pilot development programme Institutions in Change. We invite all local government cultural institutions from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Province to participate.

The programme will last over six months (from March to October). During this time, we will work with you to conduct an in-depth diagnosis of your team, context and environment in which you operate. The conclusions from the diagnosis will be used to develop a strategy that will set out, among other things, the most important directions for your development.

The pilot development programme Institutions in Change is one of the modules of our Culture of Change project. Agata Andrasiak-Czarnecka is the coordinator of the entire project, as well as the pilot programme.
