Join the “Culture of Change” program!

We will soon launch “Culture of Change.” It is a comprehensive program for strengthening cultural personnel, which we have prepared in response to your needs and requests. For nearly six months, we listened to the voices of people who create and promote culture in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Province. Thanks to this, we can implement a program that will be tailored to the dynamically changing situation.

When creating the Provincial Program for Strengthening People in Culture, we focused on three elements: People – Relationships – System, which is why, when implementing “Culture of Change”:

• we empower people,
• we build networks and relationships,
• we influence cultural policies.

However, “Culture of Change” is more than that. As Agata Adrasiak-Czarnecka, author and coordinator of the program, says:

“It is a great, shared space for change. We build on the experiences and relationships we have already established with you, but we look boldly to the future.

So, in the near future:

• We invite you to join us for Thursday Breakfast on September 18.
• We encourage you to register for the 3rd Kujawsko-Pomorskie Culture Congress – starting September 1st.
• There are still places available for group coaching for directors of cultural institutions, led online by Magdalena Jasińska – the first meeting is on September 9.
• We invite directors of cultural institutions to another networking meeting in Debrzno on September 30 and October 1. This time, it will be a networking meeting for directors of cultural institutions from two provinces: Kuyavian-Pomeranian and Pomeranian.
