Meeting of directors of cultural institutions | Górsk

We invite directors of cultural institutions in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province to the first networking meeting of the new year. It is an opportunity to talk to people facing similar challenges, exchange experiences, and reflect together on the current needs and directions of development of cultural institutions in the region.

It doesn’t matter if you are already part of the network or just want to join it – everyone is equally welcome. The meeting is open and inclusive, and its aim is to strengthen cooperation and build relationships based on partnership and dialogue.

The theme of the upcoming meeting will be mutual assistance in facing current challenges related to managing an institution and a team, as well as keeping up with new changes in the law. During the discussion, everyone will be able to bring up their own problems and receive supportive answers.

We will also plan future network meetings and their topics.

About the series of meetings:

Working in a managerial position often involves facing numerous difficulties: an excessive workload, misunderstanding among employees, pressure from local authorities, limited budgets, and high expectations from the local community. These requirements can be contradictory, which can lead to frustration and burnout.

We want to support you in these challenges through regular meetings that will provide a space for exchanging experiences, acquiring new knowledge, and regeneration. The program will include group supervision, lectures by experts, and training sessions.
