The exhibition “From Love and Shadows” is a combination of narrative photography and drawing works, brought to life through the use of pencil, crayon and digital drawing techniques, which are a unique marriage of (photo-) realism and symbolism. Magda’s creations, which draw inspiration from Gothic symbolism and poetry, create a harmonious tale of pain and hope that is moving and thought-provoking. The opening of the exhibition will be complemented by a dance performance by Natalia Browarczyk.

Magda Zubrycka – was born in Masuria, where she honed her drawing skills, specializing in photorealistic portraits. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and journalism, she is professionally associated with the media and publishing industry. Throughout her career, she has been involved in a variety of creative endeavors – from commercial photography, to press photojournalism, to literary translation. She is fascinated by human nature and finds joy in connecting with individuals on a deep level. Her passion for people extends to her involvement in community activities.

Creative Ferment is a project through which young male and female artists from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship get support in organizing their events – concerts, performances, exhibitions, performances, literary evenings, etc.

Creative Ferment was created to open cultural institutions to debuting artists from the region and to give them a chance to show their art to a wider audience.
It is an opportunity for the young artistic community in the province to get to know each other and inspire each other.
