A FEW WORDS OF INTRODUCTION

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in the 2nd Kuyavian-Pomeranian Congress of Culture, the theme of which is COOPERATION.

It was our belief in the power of cooperation that guided us when we invited you to co-create this Congress.
Collaboration with and within teams builds our workplaces and affects our well-being.
It is collaboration that is the solid foundation for working with communities and arts groups.
We also believe that it is collaboration that should guide local governments in their relations with cultural institutions and NGOs.
Let’s spend these two days together – being with each other and building our network of cooperation.

FOR WHO.

For every person who creates culture in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region, in particular:

• for people working in cultural institutions
• for people working in non-governmental organizations active in the field of culture
• for freelancers and freelancers, i.e. people working in culture on their own.
  

REGISTRATION

We are committed to networking, so we ask for applications from those who want to participate in both days of the Congress.

We can accept a maximum of 2 people from one institution/organization to participate in the Kuyavia-Pomerania Congress of Culture , with the possibility of applying for a third person in the form, who will be automatically enrolled in the reserve list. If there are vacancies after the end of applications (September 20, 2024), we will notify those on the reserve list to participate in the event.

Taking care of the diversity of people participating, in case of application of more than one person representing the same entity, a maximum of one of them may hold a leadership position.

You will apply by filling out the form. Within 5 business days, each person will receive by email a link to sign up for workshops/discussions and instructions for the Congress fee.

FEES

Participation in the Congress is a cost of PLN 30 per person. After completing the registration form, each person (within 5 business days) will receive a proforma invoice/link to purchase a ticket. Please make payment within 10 days of receiving the email – after this time the reservation will be canceled.

Note: In case of cancellation of participation in the Congress, the fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation must be reported to the email address: woak@woak.pl by October 2 , 2024. If a participant submits a cancellation after this date or does not appear at the Congress without notice, he/she will be charged 50 PLN for each day of absence during the Congress.

OTHER INFORMATION

Participating persons will be provided with a vegetarian lunch during both days of the Congress and hot and cold drinks during all breaks. We do not provide accommodation.

One of the elements that will unite the community of female animators from the region will be the moment of awarding Golden Mills and the integration banquet. Caring about the quality of the event and the comfort of those attending, we will ask you in the form if you will attend. It is not mandatory, but we will be pleased if you will be with us. We do not require any dress code.
