Or the ones that used to fill your homes and family gatherings? Come hear them in unique renditions by the Moms’ Choir, which performs at WOAK under the direction of Asia Czajkowska. Join us for a concert celebrating Mother’s Day and Children’s Day, taking place at WOAK on Sunday, May 24, at 4:00 p.m. The performers will provide you with many memories, emotional moments, and above all, a wealth of beautiful sounds. The choir’s repertoire includes timeless pieces that bridge generations, such as: “Anything Can Happen” – Anita Lipnicka, “On Foot to Summer” – Bajm, “I Can’t Give You Much” – Perfect, “Let It Be” – The Beatles, “Nothing Else Matters” – Metallica, “Powstanę” – the Polish version of Cynthia Erivo’s “Stand Up,” songs from Disney movies, including “Moana” and “Zootopia,” and even Męskie Granie! The Moms’ Choir isn’t just a group of women who sing—it’s a community united by a love of music and a desire to share it with others. Their three-part arrangements, energetic performances, and genuine joy in performing will make this afternoon truly special. If you’re a mom who’d like to join the group, don’t hesitate! The Mam Choir meets on Thursday mornings to enjoy singing together. Asia Czajkowska serves as the group’s artistic director, and Hanna Biegajska is the group’s leader.
