Coordinator of the “Culture of Change” Program.

We are increasingly working in intergenerational teams. This is a great opportunity for development, exchange of experiences, and a fresh perspective, but it also presents daily communication and organizational challenges. Younger people bring energy, flexibility, and digital skills, while older people bring knowledge, experience, and familiarity with the environment and relationships. How can we ensure that these differences support team development rather than deepening divisions?

The guest of the March Thursday Breakfast will be Dr. Joanna Frączek-Broda, a business and administration coach specializing in team management in culturally and generationally diverse environments.

During the meeting, we will discuss, among other things:

  • how to understand the needs of different generations in the workplace,
  • what helps and what hinders everyday intergenerational communication,
  • how to manage diversity in work styles, motivations, and expectations,
  • how to build teams where every voice, regardless of age, has a place.

Thursday Breakfast will take the form of an informal, inspiring conversation. The meeting will be divided into three short “knowledge pills” (up to 15 minutes each) in a light, conversational-columnist format, interspersed with discussion and exchange of experiences among participants. It is a space for asking questions, sharing practices, and searching for solutions together.

We invite people working in culture in our province, especially those who: want to better understand their colleagues (and themselves), believe that diversity is a value, and are looking for practical information on building healthy relationships at work. The event is part of the provincial program for strengthening people in culture, “Culture of Change.”

For those interested in exploring the topic further, we have prepared the opportunity to participate in workshops led by Dr. Joanna Frączek-Broda, which will take place the following day (March 20), from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **If you are interested in participating in the workshops, please send an email to: **agata.andrasiak@woak.pl.
