Change in everyday life. How to embrace it so that it strengthens us? | #18 Thursday Breakfast

Change can be challenging, but it can also be a source of strength. During the next “Thursday Breakfast,” we will look at how to deal with change in institutions, teams, and ourselves. We will consider what helps us not only to “survive” in a reality full of uncertainty, but also to treat change as an impulse for development and learning.

We will talk about how we respond to change in institutions, organizations, and our personal lives, what supports flexibility and mental resilience, how to embrace everyday changes so that they strengthen us, how to create a culture of openness to new things: from small improvements to long-term strategies, how to support ourselves and others when the pace, crises and uncertainty become part of everyday life.

The guest and expert at the meeting will be Sławomir Czarnecki, culture manager, philosopher, and director of the Rother’s Mills Science and Culture Center. Co-author of research reports on expanding the field of culture. Author of the book “New Audience: On Promotion in Culture.”

“Thursday Breakfasts” is a series of small, informal meetings around a shared table. It is a space for open dialogue, knowledge exchange, and relationship building. The meetings are aimed at people working in culture in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Province who want to talk about the challenges of their work, share experiences, and seek new perspectives. The event is part of the provincial program for strengthening people in culture, “Culture of Change.”
