We are participating in the pilot project “Reduced working hours – it’s happening!”

We are delighted to announce that WOAK is among 90 employers from across Poland who will take part in the “Shorter working hours – it’s happening!” project implemented by the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy, which is a pilot program for shorter working hours.

  • This is a huge step for us towards a modern, sustainable work culture that gives more space for well-being, creativity, and a balance between professional and private life.
  • We will work shorter but smarter hours by implementing a 35-hour and then a 32-hour working week. You will still be able to take advantage of the same number of high-quality activities with us. We believe in the principle that good work means respect for time.
  • In our daily work, we will focus on modern technological solutions that will improve planning and information flow.
  • The entire WOAK team (twenty-six people of various ages) will take part in specialized courses developing soft skills (time management, delegation, coaching) and hard skills (use of digital tools, use of artificial intelligence).
  • The project will also allow us to accurately measure the effects of the new solutions—thanks to specific indicators and cooperation with experts, a report will be created that can become a model for other cultural institutions in Poland.

For us, this is more than just a change in working hours. It is an investment in people, in quality, and in the future of culture. Because culture is balance!yszłość kultury. Bo kultura to równowaga!

The project “Shorter working hours – it’s happening!” is funded by the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy.
