We are beneficiaries of the National Reconstruction Plan

This fall, we will invite independent dancers from the region to WOAK for a micro-course entitled “Movement Flows.” The project “MOTION FLOWS – a micro-course for independent dancers from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Province” will be implemented thanks to funding under Investment A.2.5.1 KPO, i.e. the “Program for supporting the activities of entities in the cultural sector and creative industries to stimulate their development.” The funding amounts to PLN 20,900.00.

“Movement Flows” is a series of workshops covering issues related to dance, choreography, and modern methods of using artificial intelligence in the process of creating choreography.

While preparing the project, we tried to learn about the needs of the dance community. Thanks to this, we hope to create a space for experimentation, exchange of experiences, and building new skills. “Movement Flows” will show, among other things, how to combine traditional methods of working with movement with innovative technological solutions that are increasingly finding their way into contemporary art.

Participants in the micro-course will deepen their dance skills, develop their choreography skills, learn about the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the choreography process, and search for new forms of artistic expression.
