About the development of people working in culture | Thursday breakfast

How to thrive in the rapidly changing world of culture? In what direction are those working in the sector today moving, and which competencies still need strengthening? At the next breakfast, we will talk about the skills that may prove crucial in the coming years and how to plan your development path in this regard. We will also consider what forms of education bring the best results and how to adapt them to the changing market. The meeting will be an opportunity to exchange experiences and inspire each other – together we will consider how to consciously shape our development.

The Thursday breakfast is open to all people working in culture in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region: people from non-governmental organizations, cultural institutions and those creating culture independently.

Our meetings have an informal character – they are discussions where all voices are treated equally, and the essence is to meet and exchange experiences. We invite all those involved in the cultural and creative sector.

The guest speaker at the meeting will be Irmina Recka-Wyżga – manager, tutor, cultural animator and head of the Training and Professionalization Department at the National Cultural Center.
