You will see these films at the National Film Festival “Greenhouse”.

It was a really difficult choice! As many as 117 films were submitted to this year’s edition of the National Film Festival “Greenhouse”. We would like to thank all the authors and authors.

In a month’s time – on Friday, February 28 and Saturday, March 1 – you can watch the best of them. The selection was made by a jury consisting of (pictured from left): Lukasz Wudarski, Karolina Ford (chairwoman) and Radoslaw Osinski.

After long but fruitful deliberations, the jury proposed 15 films:

• “Pilot,” directed by Katarzyna Bojkowska,
• “Ends and Beginnings” directed by Klaudia Fortuniak,
• “Mother” directed by Sebastian Kwidzinski,
• “I’m not there” directed by Daniel Le Hai,
• “Queen of Ants” directed by Michal Frost,
• “Son of Luck” directed by Dominik Mirecki,
• “Before Dusk” directed by Lukasz Nowak,
• “Lili” directed by Michal Piotrowski,
• “Authority” directed by Wiktor Plokita,
• “Absence” directed by Pawel Prewencki,
• “Black Water” directed by Joanna Różniak,
• “Tiger Soup” directed by Kacper Switalski,
• “Mr. Professor!” directed by Dominika Tkaczyk,
• “Freedom Square 4” directed by Kacper Wiącek,
• “Old age is worse than fascism” directed by Marco Wojciechowski.

Remember that during the festival screenings you can not only watch the films, but also talk to their creators and filmmakers. See you in the cinema hall – on Friday evening (February 28 at 19:00) in the Center Cinema at the CCA “Signs of the Times” and on Saturday afternoon (March 1 at 17:30) in the WOAK auditorium at the Cultural Mill. Admission to all screenings is free.
