We are waiting for applications until February 20, 2025 or until the number of places is exhausted.

We would like to invite female directors and directors in charge of cultural institutions in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian province to a meeting inaugurating a series of monthly open empowerment meetings.

Working as a director often means facing numerous difficulties: an excess of duties, misunderstanding among employees, pressure from local authorities, limited budgets and high expectations of the local community. These demands are sometimes conflicting, which can lead to frustration and professional burnout.

We want to support you in these challenges through regular meetings that will be a space for sharing experiences, gaining new knowledge and regeneration. The program will include group supervisions, lectures by experts and training sessions.

The first meeting will be dedicated to the topic of people management. The group supervision will allow for a free and safe conversation, during which you can share your experiences and professional challenges. This is also an opportunity to get support and valuable feedback from other participants.

In addition, together we will map out the most important issues that will become the topics of future meetings. We will also take care of your comfort and relaxation – for those who are willing, we anticipate a breathing session and a walk in the forest.

Framework schedule:

• March 4, 12:00-19:00 + evening integration for those willing to participate
• March 5, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

In addition to the substantive program, participants will be provided with accommodation (in triple rooms with bathrooms) with breakfast and coffee breaks (drinks and small snacks).
