Our next network meeting is coming up—and this one is special, because we’re inviting you to attend in pairs—together with your chief accountants. Of course, if your accountant cannot join us on this date, you are welcome to come on your own—whether you are already part of the network or are just looking to join—everyone who leads a cultural institution in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Province is equally welcome here.

We know full well that the director-chief accountant partnership is the foundation of every successful initiative. In the daily rush, between program implementation and budget discipline, it is mutual trust, close cooperation, and a partnership-based dialogue that determine the strength of our institution.

This meeting is open and inclusive. It is the perfect opportunity to converse among people who face exactly the same challenges on a daily basis. This time, we will focus on getting to know one another, exchanging experiences, and jointly reflecting on current, very specific issues affecting our institutions—the Central Register of Contracts and KSeF.

We are not planning a formal lecture—we are committed to genuinely enhancing competencies, asking questions, and sharing proven strategies and directions for the development of our institutions in the region.

About the series of meetings:

Working in a leadership role often involves facing numerous challenges: an overload of responsibilities, a lack of understanding among staff, pressure from local authorities, a limited budget, and high expectations from the local community. These demands can sometimes be conflicting, which may lead to frustration and burnout.

We want to support you in these challenges through regular meetings that will serve as a space for exchanging experiences, gaining new knowledge, and recharging. The program will include group supervision sessions, lectures led by experts, and training workshops.
