We invite directors of cultural institutions in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province to another networking meeting.

The topic of the meeting will be the protection of personal data in the institutions you manage. We will discuss the most common difficulties you encounter and good practices in the area of GDPR.

As usual, the meeting will be combined with a study visit to the hosts.

About the series of meetings:

Working in a managerial position often means facing numerous difficulties: an excess of responsibilities, misunderstanding among employees, pressure from local authorities, a limited budget, and high expectations from the local community. We want to support you in these challenges through regular meetings that will provide a space for exchanging experiences, acquiring new knowledge, and regeneration. The program will include group supervision, lectures by experts, and training sessions.
