We invite directors of cultural institutions in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province to the first networking meeting of the new year. It is an opportunity to talk to people facing similar challenges, exchange experiences, and reflect together on the current needs and directions of development of cultural institutions in the region.

It doesn’t matter if you are already part of the network or just want to join it – everyone is equally welcome. The meeting is open and inclusive, and its aim is to strengthen cooperation and build relationships based on partnership dialogue.

The theme of the meeting will be management control in cultural institutions. The training will be combined with a study visit to the hosts of the event – the Art Exhibition Office in Bydgoszcz. It will also be an opportunity to learn more about the activities of the Art Exhibition Office “behind the scenes” and to take a look at the practical solutions used in this institution.

Host: Asysta HR from Włocławek

About the series of meetings:

Working in a managerial position often involves facing numerous difficulties: an excessive workload, misunderstanding among employees, pressure from local authorities, a limited budget, and high expectations from the local community. These requirements can be contradictory, which can lead to frustration and burnout.

We want to support you in these challenges through regular meetings that will provide a space for exchanging experiences, acquiring new knowledge, and regeneration. The program will include group supervision, lectures by experts, and training sessions.
