Congressional field meetings

Its shape depends on all of us.

Join us in co-creating the 4th Kujawsko-Pomorskie Culture Congress! You can have a real impact on its direction, theme, and goals.

Do you work in a cultural institution, a non-governmental organization, are you an independent artist, do you create grassroots initiatives, or are you simply involved in the cultural sphere in the region? Your perspective is important!

The Congress is a participatory process; we want it to respond to your needs and be an event you would like to participate in. That is why it is being created in a lively dialogue and in a process developed together with cultural animators from the region.

Let’s meet and decide together

In March, join a series of open workshop meetings in seven towns in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Province.

In each of them, we will work together to:

• define the most important challenges facing culture in the region,
• set the goals for the fourth edition of the Congress,
• propose topics and formats for activities,
• build the foundations of the program.

It is a space for conversation, exchange of experiences, and joint planning for the future.

Meetings are held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

We will visit various towns in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Province so that everyone can join us!

The program for each meeting is the same – you only need to attend one selected date.

What next?

After the field meetings are over, on March 19 at 10:00 a.m., we invite all participants to an online meeting, during which we will summarize the conclusions from the trips.

In March, we will also establish a working group to continue working on the Congress. Starting April 1, we will prepare a detailed program for the event, including workshop leaders, speakers, accompanying events, and more! Together, we will come up with Congress gadgets and the color scheme for the event. The program will be developed in an open process, and its shape will be the result of our joint work. We will publish it in June 2026.

The 4th Kujawsko-Pomorskie Culture Congress will take place on October 21-22, 2026.
