Resource-Sharing Practices | Workshops as part of the Cultural Professionals Development Meetings When 13.05.2026 | 11:00-15:00 Where Rother's Mills 10 Mennica Street, Bydgoszcz Show on map Tickets Workshop registration: REGISTRATION FORM The workshop “Practices of Resource Sharing” is part of the Regional Cultural Professionals’ Development Meetings, one of the initiatives of the provincial program “Culture of Change” aimed at empowering cultural professionals. This initiative is designed for people working in the cultural sector who wish to develop their professional practice, strengthen relationships within the community, and collaboratively seek approaches that address the real challenges of daily work. The Culture of Change program was created out of the need to foster more supportive, solidarity-based, and mindful working conditions in the cultural sector. Through it, we develop spaces for meeting, exchanging experiences, and collaborative learning that help build lasting relationships, strengthen competencies, and mobilize local resources. The May workshops will focus on the theme of resource sharing, understood not only as sharing tools, space, or knowledge, but also as a practice of collaboration, mutual support, and building agency within the cultural community. During the meeting, we will explore how to better identify and utilize the resources already available within our teams, institutions, and local communities. We will consider how to build relationships based on trust, how to strengthen a culture of collaboration, and how to seek solutions that enable effective action even under conditions of constraints and overload. The workshops are aimed at people working in the cultural sector in various roles and fields. We invite both those responsible for programming and artistic activities, as well as those involved in event organization, communication, production, technical support, or the day-to-day operations of institutions and organizations. We believe that bringing together different perspectives allows us to better understand the challenges of this work and create a more supportive environment for action. The session will be led by Paulina Andruczyk and Anna Maria Sadowska—cultural facilitators and managers associated with the Old Town Cultural Center in Warsaw, who have been developing initiatives based on collaboration, mutual learning, and building support networks for years. The workshops are part of a broader development process carried out within the Culture of Change program and are thematically linked to Thursday Breakfast #22, which will take place the following day in Toruń under the slogan “Self-help in culture – on mutually strengthening each other with what we have.” Have questions?Email: agata.andrasiak@woak.pl or call the “Culture of Change” Program coordinator: 502 243 367.
