A play about silence that heals. About a body that remembers.

“Return to Self” is a moving story about the deep human need to return to the roots – to oneself, to oneself, to the body as home, to the truth hidden under the layers of everyday roles, expectations and narratives, to nature, to one’s inner rhythm.

It is a journey into the depths – towards the forgotten parts of oneself.

The performance encourages us to stop, listen to the silence and embrace what is most authentic in us.
It gently but consistently leads the audience through emotions, memories and movement – all the way to the place we call inner home.

Before the performance (starting at 6:30 pm), you can enjoy a place of tranquility and relaxation.

After the performance, we invite you to meet the creators – there will be space for questions, conversation and joint reflection.
