Kuyavia-Pomerania Congress of Culture25-26.10.2023

Do you create culture in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region? Do you want to meet other entertainers and cultural animators, get inspired for further work and strengthen for the next year?

Apply for the 1st Kuyavian-Pomeranian Congress of Culture. The theme of this year’s October 25-26 meeting is “Empowerment.”

Additional information:

One institution/organization can be represented by 1-3 people.

You can submit a maximum of 3 people if:

(a) No more than one person submitted holds a leadership position

b) At least one of the three persons has worked in culture for less than 3 years (the total period of work in culture counts, not only the period of work in a particular organization).

The number of places is limited – the order of application is decisive.

After completing the form, within 7 days you will receive an e-mail confirmation of participation in the Congress or information about inclusion in the reserve list.

Fee

The fee for participation in the Congress is PLN 30 per person. We will send you the payment link or invoice together with the email confirming your enrollment in the list of participants and attendees.

DAY I – October 25

8.30 – 10.00 – registration

10.00 – 11.30 – opening of the Congress and speeches:

12.45 – 16.45 – group work of your choice: workshop/discussion/study visit (with one hour lunch break)

DAY II – October 26

9.00 – Morning brain massage – sound relaxation for a good start

10.00 – 13.00 – group work of your choice: workshop/discussion/study visit

13.30 -14.30 – a moment for reflection – facilitated discussions summarizing the Congress

14.30 -15.30 – lunch break

15.30 – speeches summarizing the Congress and official closing ceremony

Applications for the Congress will be accepted until September 30. After this date, each person accepted to the list will receive the full program and a link to sign up for specific workshops/discussions/study visits.

The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Congress of Culture is held under the Honorary Patronage of the Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Region Piotr Całbecki.
