Constructive feedback | webinar for executives

When

17.06.2025 | 14:00

Where

Online, via the google meet platform

Did you know that feedback actually begins the moment you give someone a task? And every working and learning person needs well-structured feedback like a fish needs water? Why? Because when we do something, when we perform a task, we cannot at the same time objectively look at ourselves and our own behavior and our own reactions to the behavior of others.

Well-constructed and thoughtful feedback strengthens the team’s trust in the leader/leaders. It is a development tool that builds a culture of dialogue in the institution and develops people’s communication skills.

During the webinar:

  • you will learn what constructive feedback is and what it consists of
  • you will also learn what unconstructive feedback is
  • you will learn the rules of giving feedback
  • and you will recall the rules of good communication
