Open heart surgery

From the desperate desire for love, to the pain of a breakup, to rebirth. The monodrama , “Operation on an Open Heart” is a story of inner transformation told in three acts. A sincere confession, taking apart one’s own emotions, memories and traumas. It’s a play about the strength of a woman, about wounds that hurt, but also teach. It’s an operation on an open heart – painful, but necessary for it to come alive again and find happiness.

The script of the play is based on the work of Maria Ewa Zak (Mery Spolsky).

Creative Ferment is a project through which young male and female artists from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship get support in organizing their events – concerts, plays, exhibitions, performances, literary evenings.

Creative Ferment was created to open cultural institutions to debuting artists from the region and to give them a chance to show their art to a wider audience.
It is an opportunity for the young artistic community in the province to get to know each other and inspire each other.
