We are creating the culture of tomorrow – together and consciously. 

The future of culture is important to us, because it is in culture that we see space for new ideas, relationships and changes that have a real impact on the social life and personal sphere of each of us.
We believe that culture is not just about events or institutions, but above all about people – their passions, cooperation and creativity. We want to build together a culture that responds to the challenges of modern times, takes advantage of new technologies and opens its doors to everyone, without exception.
It is from the animators of culture from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region that the idea for this Congress came – developed from the bottom up, with you in mind and by you.
Your voice is important to us.

FOR WHO.
For any person who creates culture in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian province, in particular:

• for people working in cultural institutions,
• for people working in non-governmental organizations working in the field of culture,
• for freelancers and freelancers, i.e. people working in culture on their own.

NOTIFICATIONS 
We are committed to networking, so we are asking for applications from people who want to attend both days of the Congress.

We can accept a maximum of 2 people from one institution/organization to participate in the Kuyavia-Pomerania Culture Congress. The third and each subsequent person, will not be allowed to apply.
Taking care of the diversity of the participating persons, in case of application of more than one person representing the same entity, a maximum of one of them may hold a managerial position.
If there are vacancies after the end of applications (September 23, 2025), we will notify those on the reserve list to participate in the event.

You will apply by filling out the form after purchasing your ticket. 

FEES 
After purchasing a ticket and filling out the application form, anyone needing a proforma invoice will receive one within 5 business days.

Cancellation of participation in the Congress must be reported to the email address: woak@woak.pl by October 3, 2025.

Please note that in case of cancellation of participation in the Congress, the fee will not be refunded. 

OTHER INFORMATION  
Participating individuals will be provided with a vegetarian lunch during both days of the Congress, as well as hot and cold drinks during all breaks.
The vegetarian lunch, is an expression of our concern for sustainability, ethics and social responsibility – values embedded in our daily activities.

We do not provide accommodation. Participants can take advantage of a promotional offer at the Mercure Hotel – after completing the form and purchasing a ticket, the password entitling you to a discount will be provided in the return email:

• double room with breakfast – 260 PLN
• single room with breakfast – 210 PLN

Golden Mills – our celebration!
This is a special moment to recognize your passion and contribution to the culture of the region. After the award ceremony, we invite you to an integration banquet with a dance to the sounds of the Warsaw Sentimental Orchestra – a great opportunity to get to know each other better, exchange experiences, celebrate together and cheer each other on.

We are keen to have as many people as possible stay with us that evening – together we create this culture and support each other! The form will ask if you will join this special part of the Congress. It is not mandatory, but we would really appreciate it if you stay with us until the end.

Dress code? None – come as you feel most comfortable.
