heavy winter full moon in scorpio
in the tarot I read and the moon and fire
I have a confusion in my head
there is something attractive about you
I look at you I look into your eyes
you avoid my gaze I want to cross
you propose a ritual palo santo blanty lots of smoke
walking backwards
I’m so stoned I can barely see
your body like infinity
I want to tell you I’ve never been this close to anyone before I guess
but the words get mixed up

Piotr Mateusz Wach
Second-year student of AST’s Department of Directing and Dramaturgy. Graduate of AST’s Dance Theater Department in Bytom (2015) and the Summer International Academy of Fine Arts and Media in Venice (choreography and performance – 2017). He has worked as an actor, performer and choreographer in Poland and abroad. He collaborates with the National Old Theater, J. Slowacki Theater in Krakow and Barakah Theater.

Piotr M. Wach expands his performative-choreographic practice to include the medium of words. In his directorial debut, he offers audiences a kind of meditative experience in which text and movement are composed in an organic pulse. This intimate performance is enhanced by music and live projections, and the autobiographical narrative gesture adds a touch of reality to the event.
