Festival of Forgotten Cultures | Female Builders: herstories of courageous women.

When

5-30 listopada 2024 r.

Idea

“Women builders” for us are ordinary-ordinary women who changed local communities with their commitment, determination and perseverance. Often forgotten, almost always underestimated. Their activity still remains in the shadows.

During this edition of the Festival, we will tell you about women who, with their activity, influenced the development of culture and education, acted in social and health care areas, built local communities of small towns in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region.

Thus, we want to show the cultural and social-creative dimension of women’s courage, thanks to which our society is and was built.
