Sound Inhalations. Evening of relaxation | meeting

Sound inhalations, is a verbal and musical relaxation based on spontaneity and experiencing the evoked story. In an intimate atmosphere, combining live music played with performative reading, we invite you to join us on a sound journey. Awaken your senses and we, not only with sound, will help you do it. Each meeting creates a space where voice, musical improvisation, light and smell will allow you to immerse yourself in a story.

We inhale what is in our souls – epic, lyrical or dramatic texts.

For whom.

We invite young people and adults with no upper age limit.

Taking part in “Sound inhalations”:

• you will regenerate after a long day/week
• you will learn an interesting story
• listen to soothing sounds
• you will sit comfortably on a pouffe or cushions, close your eyes and have time just for yourself
• sharpen your senses with surprises prepared by us
• you will slow down, start breathing deeply, and we will put you in a state of relaxation
