3. networking meeting of principals and directors | Brest Kujawski

We would like to invite directors and managers in charge of cultural institutions in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian province to the second networking meeting.

This time we will be raising our competencies related to standards for the protection of minors. We will look at what our internal procedures should look like and how to make them really work and protect children.

Conducting: Sandra Lewandowska – theater educator, deputy director of the Polish Theater in Bydgoszcz.

We will combine the meeting with a study visit to the hosts, learning how the “Pendulum” works.

About the meeting series:

Working as a director often means facing numerous difficulties: excessive responsibilities, misunderstanding among employees, pressure from local authorities, limited budgets and high community expectations. These demands are sometimes conflicting, which can lead to frustration and professional burnout.

We want to support you in these challenges through regular meetings that will be a space for sharing experiences, gaining new knowledge and regeneration. The program will include group supervisions, lectures by experts and training sessions.
