Exhaling. Reinforcement meeting | workshop Do you want to learn in a supportive atmosphere how to slow down healthily, take care of your well-being and finally breathe fully? Exhale is for you! This is a workshop for teams of cultural personnel based on active and arttherapeutic methods such as breath and body work, visualization, creative and sound exercises, or making collages. The meeting will allow you to express yourself artistically and draw energy, in a circle of people who work together on a daily basis. It will also be a time of mutual support and being with each other “here and now” in a unique atmosphere, which is difficult to take care of in the busyness of responsibilities. In a friendly space you can: regenerate after professional challenges, share experiences and find support, learn relaxation methods to use at home or continue with colleagues. The classes are aimed at teams of culturally connected people who need a boost of creativity in their work. Benefits of respite workshops: you will take care of your well-being and experience deep relaxation, you will take care of your body and mind and strengthen yourself.
