Wytchnieniówka (Respite)

You are a person working in culture and you need:

If your answer to at least one question is yes, do not hesitate and come to the next “Wytchnienowka”.
This way, you will take care of your well-being in a group of people with similar needs. You will experience relaxation and regenerate your body and mind. You will take part in networking and strengthening the community of people working in culture from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Tip
For “Wytchnienowka”, wear comfortable, soft and flexible clothes and take a change of shoes (you can work without shoes/with socks).

Agnieszka Zakrzewska – theater teacher, cultural animator, trainer. Cultural animation specialist at WOAK Toruń. He conducts workshops for teachers, cultural staff and for children, youth, adults and intergenerational groups. Instructor of theater groups. Author and coordinator of cultural projects and events.
