Meet the nominees for the Golden Grinders

We already know the individuals, teams and companies nominated for this year’s Golden Mill Awards – the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Cultural Animation Awards. During a thorough analysis of the nominations submitted by you, the Chapter composed of:

• Zbigniew Ostrowski – Deputy Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship,
• Monika Januszewska – director of the Library – Cultural and Promotion Center of Lubiewo Commune,
• Justyna Prajs – winner of the first edition of the Golden Mills in the Animator/Animator of the Year category – an award named after Agnieszka Dabrowska,
• Łukasz Wudarski – director of the Provincial Centre for Cultural Animation in Toruń

It selected four nominations each in the categories.

In the Animator(s) of the Year – Agnieszka Dabrowska Award category, the Chapter nominated:

• Renata Gaj-Kowalska of the Clare Prill Municipal Cultural and Library Center in Kcynia,
• Cezary Markiewicz from the Polish Theater in Bydgoszcz,
• Marta Pietrzak from the Municipal Cultural Center in Ciechocinek
• Wojciech Przybysz of the Every Man’s Rod Association for Children and Youth.

The award in the category Animator(s) of the Year was under the honorary patronage of Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Piotr Całbecki.

In the Hope of Cultural Animation category, the nominees are:

• Tymon Cichocki of the Chelmzyn Cultural Center,
• Dominik Cieslikiewicz of the Charger Foundation,
• Katarzyna Dominas of the Communal Cultural Center in Kijewo Królewskie,
• Maciej Karminski of the Toruń Improvised Orchestra.

The award in the category Hope of Cultural Animation was held under the honorary patronage of the Chairwoman of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Assembly, Elżbieta Piniewska.

In the Team category, nominations go to:

• Gacówka Pałucka, namely: Patrycja Cywińska-Gacka, Michal Gacka, Kacper Gacka, Joanna Porębska, Karol Gacka, Ewelina Suska, Ignacy Gacka;

Throughout the month we will be presenting all the nominated individuals, teams and companies. And you will find out who will be the winner and receive a unique statuette made by Katarzyna Lyszkowska on October 23, during the presentation of this year’s awards.

The award in the category Animator/Animator of the Year – Agnieszka Dabrowska Award was held under the honorary patronage of Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Piotr Całbecki.

The award in the category Hope of Cultural Animation was under the Honorary Patronage of the Chairwoman of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Assembly, Elżbieta Piniewska.
