Kościuszki 75-77 | 4th floor | room 407 Show on map Tickets To register your participation, please fill in: APPLICATION FORM Additional information Duration of the event: approximately 6 hours Due to the nature of the workshop and the limited number of places, priority will be given to institutions and organizations that register teams of 2-4 people of different ages. This formula allows us to look at the real processes taking place in teams and develop solutions that can be implemented in practice If there are not enough teams, we will invite individuals who have registered in the next stage. The number of places is limited, and participation will be decided on a first-come, first-served basis and based on the fulfillment of the selection criteria. We invite you to a full-day workshop devoted to working in intergenerational teams, organized as part of the “Culture of Change” program. One of the program’s goals is to support institutions in consciously going through developmental and organizational processes. Intergenerationality in the workplace is not only a topic, but also a process that is worth examining in order to understand its dynamics, tensions, and potential. The workshop is intended for individuals and teams who want to better understand the changes taking place in their organizations and consciously build cooperation based on diversity, trust, and dialogue. The workshop will be led by Dr. Joanna Frączek-Broda, a business and administration trainer in the field of team management in a culturally and generationally diverse environment. During the workshops, participants will: take part in a study of generational cultures with a discussion of the results, receive guidance on how to conduct a similar study independently in their teams, examine intergenerationality as a process of change taking place in the organization, practice ways to improve communication and cooperation in age-diverse teams, develop conclusions useful in everyday work and management. After the workshop, each participant will receive a post-training email with a presentation, a set of links (including a research tool for working with their own team), and a bibliography for further self-study.
