The exhibition “Visions” is a collective presentation of works by participants of photography classes operating at the Association “I am” in Toruń. Male and female artists use the lens of the phone to discover their own interpretations of reality – from the documentation of the world around them to the
creating original compositions. Each photo is a personal story, captured in the frame from the unique perspective of the creator. The common denominator here is to look beyond the obvious – toward emotion and a subjective view of the world. We invite you to experience diverse visions and dialogue with images that speak more than a thousand words.

The works were created during photography workshops at I am – Association for Assistance to Disabled Children and People in Need of Support. Their authors are people of great sensitivity and impressive determination, who created hundreds, if not thousands of photos over the past year. The best of them were included in the exhibition.

Authors:

Stanisław Byrski, Miłosz Hartel, Paweł Jachimowicz, Emilia Jasińska, Zofia Kosewska, Maria Milarska, Wojciech Müller, Marcin Piasecki, Marek Szporka, Natalia Urbańska, Marcin Wardaliński

Curator of the exhibition:

She specializes in women’s and wedding photography, combining artistic sensitivity with experience of working with other people. She shares her passion and knowledge by conducting photography classes at the I Am Association.
