4. networking meeting of principals and directors | Tuchola

We would like to invite directors and managers in charge of cultural institutions in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian province to another networking meeting.

The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage is working on an amendment to the Act on organizing and conducting cultural activities. This is a long-awaited step in our environment.

We often talk about how many changes are required in this legal act, which regulates our activities. So let’s work out our recommendations and submit them to the Ministry.

Due to the vastness of the topic, this time we are dividing the meeting into two parts:

• May 23 from 10:00-13:00 – online
• June 4 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Tuchola Cultural Center

You can take part in both meetings or just one of them.

We will combine the June 4 meeting with a study visit to the hosts, learning how the Tuchola Cultural Center operates.

About the meeting series:

Working as a director often means facing numerous difficulties: excessive responsibilities, misunderstanding among employees, pressure from local authorities, limited budgets and high community expectations. These demands are sometimes conflicting, which can lead to frustration and professional burnout.

We want to support you in these challenges through regular meetings that will be a space for sharing experiences, gaining new knowledge and regeneration. The program will include group supervisions, lectures by experts and training sessions.
